The driver
Mevlüt Erbay
Known as MEV LIMITER. Drift driver, show driver, stunt driver and mechanic from Hagen, Germany – with Turkish roots and the 42 on the door.
From quarter-mile Civic to 700 hp Queen
Mevlüt Erbay has been in motorsport since 2010. His first years belonged to the quarter mile: with self-built turbocharged Honda Civics at Reisbrennen on the Lausitzring, in Brilon and at the European Fun Race in Aldenhoven.
In 2016 he switched to rear-wheel drive with a Nissan Skyline R33; in 2017 the Nissan 200SX S14 arrived – the car that became “The Queen”. Since then he has competed in drift events, performed drift shows at fairs like the Essen Motor Show, driven the drift taxi and done stunts for film and music videos.
He builds his cars himself in his workshop in Hagen – and almost every step can be followed on his YouTube channel.
